How we design your pool
- Site visit. We walk the property and check elevation, drainage, soil, trees, and where the sun sits through the day.
- Concept and renderings. You see the layout, materials, and water features before we build anything.
- Engineering. We spec the structure and equipment for Miami's coastal conditions: salt air, heavy rain, and high water tables.
- Permitting and build. We pull the Miami-Dade permits and run the build start to finish.
